Join us for our next HVAA Demonstration Saturday featuring Virginia Holt, who will demonstrate the art of silk painting.

Silk painting is an ancient art form in which dyes or paints are applied directly to silk, creating vibrant colors that absorb, blend, and flow across the fabric. Artists often use special resist techniques to create borders and control the movement of color, resulting in stunning wearable art and decorative pieces.

During this demonstration, Virginia will share her creative process and showcase how silk can be transformed into beautiful works of art through color, design, and technique.
